Role OverviewWe’re looking for Freelance Talent Directors to support our client mandates on a flexible, ad‑hoc basis (approx. 10–15 hours/week). You’ll work closely with our platform and internal team to identify, engage, and evaluate top passive talent for mid‑to‑senior roles across various industries.This role is ideal for experienced recruiters who enjoy autonomy, modern tech, and meaningful conversations with high‑caliber candidates.Please note that this is not an employment, but a freelance opportunity/contract.We are looking for professionals, who are based in Americas or in Europe, so can effectively cover these time zones. The following languages are needed: English AND Spanish OR Italian OR German OR French.
