Qualifications Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Physics, Robotics, or a related technical field. Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in technology and innovation. Programming experience gained through studies, projects, internships, or personal initiatives. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Experience from academic projects, thesis work, or other technical development activities is considered an advantage. Previous work experience within a relevant technical field, for example through part-time employment, internships, summer jobs, or extracurricular projects, is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience gained outside of academic studies, such as internships, part-time work, summer jobs, personal projects, student organizations, or open-source contributions. Demonstrated passion for technology through extracurricular activities or practical engineering experience. Experience in software development, embedded systems, electronics, AI/ML, testing, or product development is considered a strong advantage
