Responsibilities
Design and develop original escape room concepts, narratives, and puzzle flows tailored to various client needs Create detailed documentation for game mechanics, storylines, and physical props Collaborate with writers, artists, and developers to ensure cohesive and immersive experiences Prototype and iterate on puzzles and challenges, incorporating feedback from playtesting Ensure all game elements are accessible, engaging, and suitable for the intended audience Coordinate with production teams to oversee the integration of physical and digital components Maintain project timelines and deliverables in a remote work environment
Skills And Requirements
Proven experience in game design, puzzle creation, or interactive storytelling Strong creative and analytical thinking skills, with a passion for immersive experiences Ability to design both physical and digital game elements Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork Familiarity with escape room trends, mechanics, and best practices Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Availability to work remotely and manage deadlines independently
