Game Mathematician

Game Mathematician (Remote, Europe) A rapidly growing international iGaming company is seeking a Game Mathematician to join its game development team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across Europe who are fluent in English, and Ukrainian or Russian. Key responsibilities:Design and optimise mathematical models for online casino games, including RTP, volatility, paytables, and game features.Develop and run Monte Carlo simulations to validate game performance.Analyse live game data and ensure statistical accuracy.Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and compliance teams.Support certification and regulatory requirements. Requirements:2+ years' experience in game mathematics, quantitative analysis, or a similar field.Strong knowledge of probability, statistics, and mathematical modelling.Experience with Python and/or C#.Understanding of RNG systems and game balancing.Excellent analytical and communication skills.
