General Manager/Director EU Operations

Unio have partnered with a global Clinical CRO with established operations in North America and APAC who are expanding into Europe. We're seeking a General Manager/Director Operations, EU for an exciting opportunity to build European operations from the ground up. With the backing of an international company with existing infrastructure, systems and SOPs, we're looking for a someone who loves to build. You'd be tasked with building a multi-functional EU team, managing and expanding customer relationships and onboarding/managing vendors. What you'll need to have in order to apply:10-15+ years of clinical operations experience - preferably within CRO. Experience with system migration(s) and implementation in accordance with EU regulations. Oncology therapeutic experience preferred. Experienced of building, managing and leading cross-functional clinical teams. Experience in managing operational delivery, resources and capacity across phase I-IV clinical trials. Commercial acumen with responsibility for financial, profitability and KPI targets.Experience supporting client relationships and working closely with Business Development.Remotely based in mainland Europe - CEE preferred.
