You will handle inquiries via phone, offering friendly and effective support on topics such as:Mobile, internet & fiber connection issuesBilling and subscription questionsTechnical troubleshootingUpselling or guiding customers to Salt’s newest offers Your goal? Deliver a smooth, high‑quality customer experience with every interaction.
