Graphic/Visual Designer Internship

Are you passionate about graphic and visual design, and excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Realdini Studios is looking for a Graphic / Visual Designer to create and polish the visual content that represents our studio across social media, marketing materials, and our brand as a whole. Please note: This is an unpaid opportunity. However, you will gain hands-on experience designing for a real, live game studio, mentorship from the marketing team, and a certificate of completion. This role is a great fit for someone who's passionate about games and visual storytelling, and excited to help shape how a studio looks from an early stage. Key Responsibilities:• Design graphics for social media, ads, and other marketing materials.• Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all of the studio's channels.• Turn game assets, screenshots, and concept art into polished promotional content.• Design supporting materials such as banners, thumbnails, and presentation graphics.• Collaborate with the Content Creator to make sure visuals and copy work well together.• Take feedback from the marketing team and iterate quickly on design drafts.• Stay current with visual trends in gaming and social media to keep our content feeling fresh. Requirements:• A portfolio showing strong visual design work, ideally including branding or social content.• Proficiency with standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).• A genuine interest in video games and visual storytelling.• Good eye for typography, color, and composition.• Comfortable taking feedback and iterating on designs quickly.
