Vastuu Group is looking for a Head of International Growth to help shape and lead our next growth chapter beyond Finland. The opportunity This is a newly created role with broad responsibility for developing Vastuu Group’s international business. You will combine strategic market understanding with hands-on execution, building relationships, identifying growth opportunities and helping turn them into scalable business outcomes. What you’ll do?Develop and drive Vastuu Group’s international growth agenda in close collaboration with the Group CEO and leadership team. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including acquisitions and commercial partnerships, that support scalable growth. Drive Vastuu Group’s foreign M&A sourcing process – contact and form relationships with potential acquisition targets’ owners and facilitate the acquisition process Assume full P&L responsibility for the portfolio of acquired companies. Drive their growth and development agenda and discover further development possibilities in the countries in question including further acquisitions, commercial partnerships and localization of Vastuu Group’s internationalizable services Support the development of Vastuu Group's international operating model our international team as the international business grows. Your profile Proven track record in building, scaling or developing businesses in high-growth or transformation environments. Strong commercial mindset and the ability to translate business opportunities into clear plans, decisions and measurable results. Experience in international growth, market expansion or cross-border business development. Experience in acquisitions and integrations preferred but not mandatory Entrepreneurial and hands-on operating style, combined with the seniority and credibility to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders. Ability to move naturally between strategy and execution — setting direction, creating structure and stepping in where needed to make things happen. Willingness and ability to travel regularly and spend time in international markets when required.
