HSE Advisor – Finland | Hyperscale Data Centre Location: FinlandProject: 150 MW Hyperscale Data CentreContract: 12-month rollingStart Date: Late October 2026Rate: Competitive day rateRight to Work: EU/EEA work rights essential The OpportunityV7 Recruitment is currently recruiting an HSE Advisor to join a major 150 MW hyperscale data centre project in Finland. This is a site-based position working as part of the project HSE team, supporting the delivery of a large-scale construction programme within a fast-paced data centre environment. We are ideally looking for someone with previous hyperscale/data centre experience, although strong HSE experience within major construction, MEP, infrastructure or other high-risk projects will also be considered. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of the project HSE strategy and proceduresCarry out regular site inspections, audits and safety observationsReview RAMS and ensure appropriate controls are in place for high-risk activitiesMonitor Permit to Work processes and site complianceWork closely with contractors and site management to maintain high safety standardsSupport incident, near-miss and investigation processesAttend HSE meetings and contribute to project reporting and KPIsPromote a positive safety culture across the siteIdentify areas for improvement and provide practical HSE guidance to the project team RequirementsPrevious experience as an HSE Advisor / HSE Officer within constructionHyperscale or data centre experience highly desirableStrong understanding of construction HSE requirementsExperience with RAMS, PTW, inspections, audits and incident reportingConfident working with contractors and project management teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsRight to work in the EU/EEA – essentialAbility and willingness to remain in Finland for the duration of the project Why This Project?This isn't just a short-term project. The initial contract is 12 months rolling, with the client having further hyperscale data centre work planned in Finland.
