This is a varied and hands-on role combining guest service, property operations and problem-solving, with one clear goal: ensuring that every guest has a smooth and memorable stay.You will support our guests throughout their stay, primarily through digital communication, while also helping ensure that our rental properties are maintained, prepared and operating according to the standards we promise.No two days are exactly the same. One moment you may be helping a guest solve an issue through Airbnb, and the next coordinating a supplier, inspecting a property or handling an urgent operational task on-site. In Stockholm, we manage more than 400 properties and are growing by over 50% annually.Our ambition is to expand into new Nordic markets while continuously improving the quality, efficiency and guest experience across everything we do. Your roleAs a Service Agent, you will work across both guest communication and portfolio operations.You will communicate directly with our guests, primarily through digital channels such as Airbnb, chat and email, helping them with questions and resolving issues quickly and professionally.At the same time, you will work hands-on with our properties to ensure they are ready for guests and maintained to a high standard. Many operational issues are identified through guest conversations, which means you will often take ownership of a problem from the first guest message all the way through to resolution. The role follows a scheduled shift pattern, including evenings and weekends on a rotating basis. Key responsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Communicating with guests through digital platforms, chat and email, responding to questions and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.Managing guest expectations and proactively contributing to high guest satisfaction throughout the stay.Identifying operational or maintenance issues based on guest feedback and ensuring they are resolved.Inspecting rental properties, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.Handling practical tasks and minor repairs in properties, such as adjusting blinds and curtains, assembling furniture or resolving other everyday maintenance issues.Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers, such as cleaners, locksmiths and plumbers, and following up to ensure issues are resolved.Personally handling urgent operational tasks when necessary, such as express cleaning, deliveries or preparing a property for additional guests.Taking ownership of guest-related problems from identification through to resolution.Reviewing, developing and documenting processes to improve our guest experience, property standards and operational efficiency.Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations across our Stockholm portfolio. Your profileYou are service-minded, hands-on and enjoy solving problems. You take responsibility and are comfortable making decisions independently while knowing when to involve colleagues or external partners.You understand that excellent hospitality is not only about friendly communication – it is also about taking action and making sure problems are actually solved.You enjoy a role where your days can vary and where you combine customer interaction with practical operational work. You are comfortable moving between digital guest communication and being physically present at our properties when needed.Experience from hospitality, short-term rentals, property operations, customer service or a similar environment will give you a strong foundation for succeeding in the role. QualificationsWe believe you will be a great fit if you have:At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, customer service, property operations, maintenance or a similar field.Experience working directly with guests or customers and a strong understanding of what creates excellent customer satisfaction.Strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of responsibility.A practical mindset and willingness to handle hands-on tasks when needed.Good IT skills and confidence using digital tools in your daily work.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional fluency in English; Swedish is highly valued and additional languages are considered an advantage.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.A valid category B driving licence.Nice-to-haves:Experience with property maintenance, repairs or installations is an advantage.Basic knowledge of areas such as electrical work, construction, plumbing, HVAC or carpentry is considered a plus.
