HR Manager – Growth & DevelopmentGothenburg | Full-time 100% Onsite| Interim with potential to become permanent The opportunityWe are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join an international organisation in Gothenburg. The organisation is looking to strengthen its HR capability and continue developing effective people processes and ways of working. We are therefore looking for a hands-on HR professional who can work closely with managers and employees and take ownership of a broad HR agenda. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, building strong relationships and turning HR needs into practical solutions. The initial engagement will be on an interim basis, with the potential for the role to transition into a permanent position. The roleAs HR Manager, you will have broad responsibility across the employee lifecycle and work closely with management and employees across the organisation. You will combine day-to-day HR support with the development and implementation of effective HR processes and ways of working. Your responsibilities will include:Acting as a trusted HR partner to managers and employeesProviding advice and support on Swedish employment law and HR mattersManaging employee relations and day-to-day HR issuesDeveloping and maintaining employment contracts, policies and HR documentationSupporting recruitment and onboardingSupporting employee development and performance managementEstablishing and improving HR processes, routines and ways of workingCoordinating annual HR activities, including compensation and benefitsSupporting organisational development and change initiativesEnsuring HR administration is structured, accurate and compliantContributing to a positive and professional employee experienceSupporting managers in developing effective leadership and people practices About youYou are an experienced and pragmatic HR professional who is comfortable operating independently and working directly with managers and employees.You are likely to have:Several years of broad HR experienceStrong knowledge of Swedish employment lawExperience advising managers and leadership teamsSolid experience across employee relations, contracts, policies and HR processesExperience working in an organisation undergoing change or developmentA practical and solution-oriented approachThe ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on executionStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProfessional fluency in Swedish and EnglishExperience working in an international environment Experience working in an environment where you have had broad HR responsibility and a high degree of independence would be particularly relevant.
