HRIS Manager, Group HR

We’re looking for an HRIS Manager who wants to be right in the middle of people, data, and digital HR. You’ll help us shape the HR tech landscape that supports a responsible drinking culture and a sustainable business, with a strong Nordic foundation and a global outlook. If you enjoy turning HR processes into smooth digital experiences and making sure data actually gets used, this might be for you.

What you will do

You will own and further develop our HR systems landscape, making sure our HRIS setup truly supports our people, leaders, and business. You’ll work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to understand needs, design solutions and make everyday HR work easier, smarter and more data-driven. This role is based in Finland, in an international environment where you’ll collaborate across countries and functions.

Take end-to-end ownership of the HRIS platform, including configuration, maintenance and continuous improvementTranslate HR and business needs into smart, user-friendly system solutions and workflowsEnsure data quality, security and compliance in our HR systems and related integrationsDevelop dashboards, reports and analytics that support decision-making and workforce planningLead or support HR tech projects such as new modules, system upgrades or vendor changesTrain and support HR colleagues and managers so they get the most value out of our HRIS

What you bring

You bring solid experience working with HR systems and are comfortable acting as the “go-to person” for HR tech questions. You enjoy solving problems, simplifying processes and explaining technical topics in a straightforward way to different stakeholders. You’re curious, proactive and not afraid to challenge “the way we’ve always done it” – in a constructive and collaborative manner.

5 years of experience working with HRIS or HR tech in an HR or IT environmentStrong hands-on experience with at least one enterprise HRIS platform (for example SuccessFactors, Workday or similar)Good understanding of HR processes such as core HR, recruitment, performance, learning or compensationSolid skills in reporting, data analysis and turning HR data into clear insightsExperience managing system enhancements, projects or implementations with internal and external stakeholdersProfessional working proficiency in English and Finnish
