HSE Manager – Onshore Wind Projects | Germany Location: Onshore wind projects across GermanyContract: B2BRotation: 2:2, 3:3 or 4:4Schedule: Five days per week, approximately 10 hours per dayStart dates: Multiple upcoming startsDuration: Upto 3 Years Select Offshore is seeking experienced HSE Managers to support on long-term onshore wind construction projects across Germany. This is a site-based rotational role supporting installation and commissioning activities. You will work closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, technicians and subcontractors to maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance. German residency is not required. Applications are welcomed from experienced wind professionals based across the EU/EEA who are legally entitled to work in Germany. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day HSE activities across the project siteConduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefingsComplete regular site inspections, audits and safety walksReview and manage RAMS, HSE plans and permits to workOversee LOTO procedures and other critical safety controlsVerify personnel documentation and approve workers for site accessInvestigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditionsCoordinate emergency drills and rescue planningMonitor PPE compliance, HSE records and corrective actionsManage contractor and subcontractor HSE complianceProduce HSE reports and monitor relevant KPIsReport directly to the Site ManagerStop work immediately where a serious or imminent safety risk is identified Essential RequirementsAt least five years of relevant HSE experiencePrevious HSE experience on wind turbine installation or construction projectsExperience working as an HSE Manager, Site HSE Manager or HSE LeadStrong understanding of wind turbine installation and commissioning activitiesHands-on experience with RAMS, HSE plans, PTW, LOTO, toolbox talks, inductions and incident investigationsExperience working with technicians, supervisors, contractors and subcontractorsAbility to work independently and take ownership of site HSE performanceGood written and spoken EnglishRecognised occupational health and safety qualificationValid driving licenceAvailability for long-term rotational assignments across Germany Preferred Qualifications and Training Current GWO training, including:First AidFire AwarenessManual HandlingWorking at Heights and RescueValid German G41 working-at-height medical or recognised equivalentPrevious WTG OEM project experienceASSI trainingGerman language skills To apply, please send your updated CV, current location, availability, preferred rotation, expected all-inclusive B2B rate, language skills and details of your current GWO training and medical certification to: wind@selectoffshore.com
