HR GENERALISTLocation: Boden, SwedenContract Duration: 12 months (renewable)Job Status: Full-TimeStart Date: ASAPAccount Manager: Anthony Hughes Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the delivery of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role will partner closely with HR leadership, site teams, and Centres of Excellence to provide day-to-day HR support, ensuring the effective execution of HR processes, policies, and systems. The successful candidate will support performance management, employee relations, talent initiatives, mobility, reporting, and HR administration while contributing to continuous improvement across HR operations. ResponsibilitiesSupport performance management processes, talent reviews, and calibration activitiesProvide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processesAssist with employee relations matters and escalate complex issues where appropriateSupport onboarding, offboarding, and employee transition activitiesCoordinate recruitment offer processes and support seamless onboarding experiencesAdminister compensation and benefits activities and respond to employee enquiriesCoordinate employee mobility activities, including visa and work permit processesMaintain accurate HR data, records, and reporting within HR systemsSupport learning and development initiatives, training compliance, and talent profile administrationAssist with recognition programmes and employee engagement initiativesMonitor workforce data and support workforce planning and reporting activitiesCollaborate with HR teams and Centres of Excellence to support global HR initiativesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous enhancement of HR services RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferredPrevious experience in an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, or Operational HR roleStrong understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and HR systemsExperience supporting performance management, employee relations, and HR administration activitiesKnowledge of compensation, benefits, onboarding, and talent management processesExperience supporting global HR operations and working with multiple stakeholdersStrong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and reportingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience supporting employee mobility, immigration, or visa processes is advantageousProficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
