Independent O2C Transformation Lead

For a German-based hybrid project starting around end of September, with an estimated duration of a few months, we are looking for an experienced Order-to-Cash Transformation Program Lead to support a global, cross-functional O2C transformation.The role will focus on improving customer experience, cash liquidity, cost-to-serve, operational capacity and financial visibility across multiple workstreams, functions and geographies. Key responsibilitiesLead and coordinate an end-to-end O2C transformation programme across multiple workstreamsEstablish governance, reporting, cadence, risks/issues management and decision trackingTranslate transformation ambition into a practical roadmap, milestones and delivery modelFacilitate stakeholder alignment across business, Finance, IT, Data, Automation and AI teamsIdentify automation, workflow, data and AI-enabled improvement opportunitiesTrack value realization across customer experience, cash, cost-to-serve and financial visibility Ideal Candidate Profile Must-haveCurrently freelancing and available for a hands-on project roleProven experience leading end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation, optimization or automation initiativesStrong understanding of O2C processes, including order management, billing, disputes, collections, cash application, finance, master data and related interfacesSenior consulting background from a leading traditional consulting firmAbility to connect process redesign with automation, data, analytics and AI-enabled opportunitiesStrong PMO / programme leadership experience in complex transformation environmentsExperience coordinating multiple workstreams across functions, geographies, systems or business unitsStrong senior stakeholder management skills, including executive / C-level exposure Nice-to-haveExperience in pharma, life sciences, healthcare, chemicals or another regulated global environmentExperience with ERP, CRM, order management, billing, finance or data platformsExposure to Lean, Six Sigma, process mining or value-stream mappingExperience with target operating model design, GBS/shared services or change management ** Check us out: https://www.genioo.com/en/join-us/independent-consultants/ **PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for an opportunity to join our network of freelance consultants.
