We are looking for an Industrial Designer (ICT). About the PositionJoin a highly creative, multidisciplinary, and international design team dedicated to envisioning strategic product designs and turning them into innovative, working solutions.The team focuses on the design of next-generation ICT equipment, including telecom units, indoor and outdoor small cells, smart home appliances, intelligent automotive solutions, and other connected products.Successful designs balance human desirability, business viability, and technical feasibility.You will be challenged to identify meaningful insights from user observation, design trends, changes in society, and evolving business models, translating them into appealing design proposals, outstanding user experiences, and innovative features with superior perceived quality.You have an excellent sensitivity for shape, color, materials, and finishes, and can articulate the semiotics behind your design decisions. You are not simply a stylist, but a true innovator with users at the center and a passion for detail.You understand the importance of branding through design and contribute to the creation of cohesive product portfolios.You can quickly communicate ideas through sketching, 3D modeling, prototyping, or 3D printing for team collaboration, concept validation, and design presentations.You are comfortable adapting the design process to a wide range of project types, including research, innovation, branding, and product development.You enjoy presenting and communicating design concepts, inspiring stakeholders, and guiding audiences through the design journey from initial idea to final solution.You thrive on leading design activities, facilitating workshops, providing constructive feedback, and supporting multidisciplinary teams throughout the design process. Key ResponsibilitiesBe part of a creative industrial design team developing innovative products.Guide product development from initial research and concept creation to successful product realization.Communicate ideas and concepts effectively to designers, engineers, and management.Take responsibility for the industrial design function within multidisciplinary project teams.Maintain a strong understanding of competitors, industry developments, and emerging design trends. Qualifications & ExperienceBA or MA in Industrial Design, Design Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Minimum 6–8 years of professional industrial design experience, with a substantial part gained in a consultancy or design studio environment.Proven experience leading projects involving multiple designers while remaining actively engaged in hands-on design work.Excellent sense of form, proportions, color, materials, and finishes (CMF).Strong understanding of global design, technology, and consumer trends.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.Hands-on experience with model making, prototyping, and testing.Proficiency in Creo, Rhino, KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools.Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of independently leading design activities.Proven experience delivering successful industrial design projects in an international environment.Experience designing consumer products is considered an advantage.
