About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Information Risk & Compliance Officer to act as an Information Security Officer within Production & Logistics. The role combines information security governance, risk management, compliance, and security documentation, working closely with the Cybersecurity Manager and stakeholders across Production, IT, Maintenance, and Logistics. Information Risk & Compliance OfficerLocation: Södertälje, Sweden - HybridRole Type: Fixed Term ContractLanguage: Fluent Swedish & English Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and continuously improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) across Production & Logistics.Conduct and support information security risk assessments (IRAM) and follow-up activities.Coordinate information security governance and compliance activities across multiple stakeholders.Lead and coordinate the network of Local Information Security Officers (LISOs).Create, review, and improve security policies, procedures, guidelines, reports, and presentations.Translate complex security requirements into clear, practical documentation and processes.Support assessment of Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) requirements and their impact on Production & Logistics.Collaborate with Production Units, P&L IT, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.Required ExperienceExperience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, GRC, Risk Management, or Compliance.Hands-on experience with ISMS, security governance, and risk assessments.Strong experience creating and improving security procedures, policies, and documentation.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to independently structure, prioritize, and drive activities.Strong analytical and documentation skills.Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.PreferredISO 27001 / ISO 27000 experience or certification.Knowledge of CRA and NIS2.Experience with Cybersecurity Management Systems (CSMS).Background in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.Experience working across IT/OT environments.
