Job purpose

The role supports business growth by driving lead generation, prospecting, market research, and opportunity qualification, ensuring a steady pipeline of high‑quality commercial opportunities. It combines analytical insight, client‑focused communication, and proactive execution to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and contribute to strategic decision‑making.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic foundation supporting professional performance.3+ years of professional experience across dynamic and fast‑paced environments.Knowing the Clinical Research industry is a plus1–2 years of inside sales / business development experience with proven ability to drive commercial opportunities.Advanced problem‑solving skills and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.Strong collaboration abilities, effectively resolving issues in a constructive and team‑focused manner.High adaptability and flexibility, thriving in evolving and fast‑changing environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering clear and positive interactions.Ability to work independently — including remotely — while remaining an engaged and reliable team contributor.Organized and detail‑oriented, with a strong “get things done” mentality.Client‑focused approach and commitment to delivering high‑quality results within deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.Cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, international teams.Understanding of data analytics and data management to support informed decision‑making.Keeping industry news up to date by monitoring major company developments and sharing relevant updates with the team.
