Mrec Group is looking for a motivated full-time intern to join our team for the autumn/winter 2026 period. This is an opportunity to gain real, meaningful exposure to real estate investment and asset management in a professional environment. What we offer:A dynamic, open, and innovative working cultureA supportive and collaborative team with a flat hierarchyMeaningful work with broad exposure to the property investment landscape What we are looking for:M.Sc. student in a relevant field, for example finance, accounting, real estate economics or similar An analytical mindset, attention to detail and eagerness to learn Fluent Finnish and English, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skillsRelevant work experience is not required but is considered as an advantage In your role, you will participate in different stages of real estate investment life cycle by collecting and analysing data from various sources, preparing presentations, valuing assets and participating in due diligence processes. With Mrec Group you will gather broad expertise in the real estate industry. We operate in close collaboration as a team with low hierarchy enabling your professional growth. Exact start and end dates within this period will be agreed with the candidate. This is an on-site position at our office in central Helsinki.
