About The Role

Our Internal Communications and Employer Branding team is looking for a trainee to join us for a 3-month traineeship. You'll learn both disciplines hands-on, take ownership of well-defined day-to-day tasks, and contribute to small and medium-sized global projects.

In this team you'll work on a wide mix of things, from intranet development and the company newsletter to the careers page, recruitment campaigns and event support.

This is a learning-focused role. You'll be closely mentored, get clear task ownership from day one, and grow into broader project responsibilities as your confidence and experience build. The team is also genuinely interested in AI and automation. If you enjoy exploring AI tools and finding smarter ways to handle repetitive work, you'll have real opportunities to apply that here.
