IT Project Controller – IT Transformation & Project Finance

Position :IT Project Controller – IT Transformation & Project FinanceType : B to B contract Duration : 6 to 12 months ● Support the financial controlling of IT build-up and transformation projects ● Support project managers with budget planning, forecasting and actual cost tracking ● Monitor project budgets, actual costs, purchase orders and commitments ● Prepare regular project controlling reports and management overviews ● Analyze variances between budget, forecast and actuals ● Support the preparation and maintenance of project budgets and forecasts ● Track CAPEX/OPEX, invoices and project-related commitments ● Support accruals and period-end closing activities ● Ensure transparency of IT project costs across different workstreams ● Support financial tracking of external vendors and service providers ● Identify and escalate potential cost risks and deviations ● Work closely with IT Project Managers, Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders ● Contribute to establishing and improving IT controlling processes and reporting structures ● Support ad-hoc financial analyses and management requests
