We are looking for a Key Account Manager - Border Trade, Alternative Retail & eCommerce to join our new sales team in Sweden.

Your Responsibilities

Support the growth of Capri-Sun in Sweden by strengthening existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities in the border trade channelManage customers focusing on Border Trade (Eurocash, Gottebiten, Maximat, etc) and Challenger Retailers (hard discount, non-food retail) and eCommerceDevelop and implement customer strategies in close collaboration with your manager to create sustainable value for both Capri-Sun and its customersTake responsibility for the commercial performance of your customer portfolio, including sales, revenue, profitability and distribution targetsAct as the primary point of contact for your customers and build strong, long-term relationshipsLead commercial discussions and negotiations while identifying mutually beneficial growth opportunitiesWork with customer stakeholders to ensure best in class brand visibility, promotions, brand activations and listings of the Capri Sun brandMonitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer performance to identify opportunities and potential risksOwn forecasting and reporting processes for your customer portfolio and contribute to continuous forecast improvementsManage customer-related project budgets, cost planning and commercial administration

Achievement of agreed sales, revenue, profitability and distribution targetsStrong in-store execution, including distribution, shelf visibility and promotional effectivenessEfficient use of trade investments and continuous improvement of ROIAccurate forecasting and proactive business planning

YOUR PROFILE

Several years of commercial experience within FMCG, ideally in a branded food or beverage environment3–5 years of national account management experience in SwedenProven commercial understanding of pricing, promotions, customer planning and business performance managementCurious, growth-oriented and motivated to identify new opportunities and deliver sustainable resultsProactive, practical and execution focused approachInterest in developing business beyond day-to-day account management activitiesConfident in engaging with customers and internal stakeholders, bringing different perspectives together to find effective solutionsStructured, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of projects and prioritiesStrong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalCollaborative approach and ability to work effectively across functions and teamsAble to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a balanced and professional approachWillingness to travel within Sweden, valid driving license B requiredBusiness-fluent English and Swedish
