Join Euforik - Two Founding-Level Roles Euforik is moving fast, and we’re now looking for two people to join our core team in founding-level roles. We’re hiring across two tracks: Founding Product & Creative LeadFounding Engineer The roles are different, but they’ll work closely together. If you have experience across both product/design and engineering, even better. You’re absolutely welcome to apply for both, or simply tell us where you think you fit best. FOUNDING PRODUCT & CREATIVE LEAD We’re looking for someone to become our creative and product counterpart. You’ll take major responsibility for how Euforik looks, feels, works, and communicates - from the product itself to the broader visual identity. The role spans UI/UX, product design, branding, visual identity, motion, VFX, and creative direction.You don’t need to master everything, but you should have a great eye for design, a strong product mindset, and a drive to create. You’ll be involved in things like:Designing UI/UX and new product featuresTaking ideas from early concepts and user flows to polished designsDeveloping Euforik’s visual identity and design systemWorking closely with engineers to turn designs into finished productCreating motion graphics, product videos, VFX, and other visual contentContinuously improving how Euforik looks, feels, and communicates We think you are:Creative, self-driven, and detail-oriented. Someone who would rather test, prototype, and create than wait for a brief. FOUNDING ENGINEERWe’re also looking for an engineer who wants to take real ownership of building Euforik. You’ll work across the product and engineering stack, turning ideas into working features and helping shape both the technical direction and the product itself. This isn’t a role where you’ll just receive tickets and write code. We want someone who thinks about the product, challenges ideas, solves problems, and takes ownership from idea → implementation → production. You’ll be involved in things like:Building and shipping new product featuresWorking across frontend, backend, APIs, and AI-powered functionalityTurning product ideas and designs into scalable, production-ready solutionsMaking technical and architectural decisionsImproving performance, reliability, and overall product qualityWorking directly with the founders and product/design to decide what we build next We think you are:A strong builder who enjoys solving difficult problems and shipping things. You’re self-driven, curious, and comfortable taking ownership without needing everything defined for you. ABOUT THE ROLESBoth are founding-level roles with significant responsibility and real influence over what Euforik becomes. You’ll work directly with the founders and become part of a team where decisions are made quickly and everyone has a real impact. There’s intentionally some overlap between the two roles. If you’re a designer who can build, an engineer with a great eye for product and design, or someone who sits somewhere between the two, we definitely want to hear from you.
