Lead Platform Engineer

What you will do:Lead & Mentor: Guide a talented Platform Engineering team, setting goals, coaching, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.Build & Automate: Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and automation workflows.Scale Infrastructure: Manage and scale enterprise-grade environments across AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, and Windows.Champion Best Practices: Collaborate with developers and security teams to implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC), observability, and modern deployment strategies (blue-green/canary). What we are looking for:5+ years of experience in Cloud (AWS), Systems Administration (Linux/Windows), and Networking.Enterprise-level Kubernetes expertise.Strong IaC & Configuration Management skills (Terraform, Ansible).Solid scripting abilities (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Go).Familiarity with modern observability and DevOps tooling (Istio, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic).Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor technical teams.
