Shape the Future of Malmö Designer VillageFREY is seeking a commercially driven Leasing Manager to help shape the tenant mix and commercial success of Malmö Designer Village, a premium outlet destination. This is a unique opportunity to join a project with strong momentum and play a key role in bringing leading Scandinavian and international brands to one of the Nordics' most exciting new retail destinations. About FREYFREY is a leading European real estate company specializing in premium outlet centres, retail parks, and open-air shopping destinations across Europe. As part of FREY's international Outlet Division, you will collaborate with colleagues across Europe while taking ownership of leasing activities for Malmö Designer Village. Your RoleReporting to the Leasing Director, you will be responsible for driving leasing activities, building relationships with retailers, and securing new brands for the center. Key responsibilities include:Developing and executing leasing strategiesIdentifying and engaging prospective retail brandsNegotiating lease agreements and commercial termsManaging the leasing pipeline and occupancy targetsBuilding long-term relationships with tenants and brand partnersMonitoring market trends and competitor activityRepresenting FREY at retailer meetings and industry eventsCollaborating with Centre Management, Marketing, Finance, Development, and Operations teams Your ProfileYou may come from:Retail LeasingRetail ExpansionCommercial Real EstateBusiness DevelopmentShopping Centres / Outlet CentresRetail ConsultancyKey Account Management We are looking for someone who brings:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Retail Management, or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience within retail leasing, retail expansion, commercial real estate, agency, or business developmentProven track record of negotiating and closing commercial agreementsExperience managing multiple stakeholders and long sales cyclesStrong commercial understanding and financial acumenExperience working with leases, contracts, and commercial negotiationsAbility to build relationships with senior decision-makers and retail brandsFluency in English and Swedish Experience from retail brands, retail property, shopping centers, or outlet environments is considered an advantage.
