What You'll Do
Gain exposure to international M&A transactions in a wide range of industriesBe strongly involved in marketing and live mandates as part of a dedicated team with a high level of responsibility from early onPerform diverse tasks ranging from preparing high-quality presentation materials (e.g. pitch decks, information memorandums and other decision-making materials) to company and market analysis, financial modelling, due diligence work and other exercisesWork and meet with various clients and other professional advisors
About You
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as an excellent academic recordFluency in English and Finnish (other languages are considered as a plus)Ambition and ability to deliver high quality work under tight deadlinesTrue team-player attitude and being comfortable working with both junior and senior team membersPreferably some relevant prior work experience, for example, from an internship in investment banking, private equity or management consulting
