**Job Description for machine operator:**

To operate and support production machines ensuring **accurate processing, consistent quality, and timely batch output** of IVD products in compliance with GMP and internal procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

· Operate production machines (filling, coating, labelling, or related equipment) as per SOPs

· Prepare and handle process materials (reagents, labels, solutions) accurately

· Monitor critical parameters (volume, time, temperature, concentration)

· Conduct basic in-process checks and identify any deviations

· Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation

· Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and changeover

· Report equipment issues, process deviations, and quality concerns promptly

· Follow GMP, ISO 13485, and internal SOP requirements

**Qualifications & Experience**

• Diploma / Technical training in relevant field

• 1–3 years experience in production or similar environment

**Skills Required**

• Attention to detail (critical for machine operation accuracy)

• Basic machine handling skills

• Ability to follow SOPs

• Basic computer skills

Good Finnish & English language skills – must be able to speak and understand both the languages.
