Manager – Post Contract ManagementLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE We're looking for a Post Contract Management Manager to take ownership of contract execution after award: driving performance, managing change, and resolving disputes before they become problems. You'll be the person program teams turn to when a variation order needs structuring, a claim needs defending, or a dispute needs steering toward resolution — not litigation. What you'll own: Post-award contract administration, performance tracking, and compliance across live programsContract amendments, variation orders, and change requests — end to endClaims management and dispute resolution, protecting commercial and contractual position What you bring: A degree in Contract Management, Business, Law, or related fieldProven leadership in post-award administration and dispute resolution — not just execution, but ownershipThe judgment to spot risk early and the credibility to manage it across stakeholdersThis is a role for someone who sees contract management as a commercial discipline, not paperwork — and wants to do it at scale, inside one of the region's leading industrial and technology groups.
