Market and Product Coordinator - Air Traffic Management

We are looking for an experienced Market and Product Coordinator to support the documentation and presentation of Saab’s Air Traffic Management product portfolio in line with market needs, and contribute to marketing activities that promote our products, services and brand.

Your Role

You will support the Product Team, as well as the Sales and Marketing Team, in planning, coordinating and executing a wide range of product and marketing activities. The role includes administrative support, content creation, campaign coordination, market research, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Content and Communications

Create and update product content and sales material for websites, newsletters, brochures, and social media platformsAssist in proofreading and updating product and marketing materialsEnsure brand consistency across all communication channelsSupport email marketing campaigns and customer communicationsAssist with organizing trade shows, exhibitions, customer events and promotional activitiesCoordinate event logistics, materials and vendor communications

Marketing and Product support

Support the development and execution of product and marketing activities and campaignsSupport the preparation of reports and promotional materialsCoordinate marketing activities and ensure they are delivered on timeMaintain product and marketing plans, calendars and databasesConduct research on product and market trends, competitors, and customer preferencesCollect and analyse marketing data to evaluate campaign effectivenessPrepare reports and recommendations based on research findings

This position can be located either in Gothenburg or Växjö. Occasional international travel is required as part of the role.

You are a commercially minded professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and supporting a wide range of product and marketing activities. With strong communication, organisational and time management skills, you are able to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Previous experience in marketing, administration, or customer supportStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing toolsFamiliarity with social media platforms and content management systemsFluent in English, written and spoken, and very good understanding of international cultural considerations

Experience working with complex products and technologies in infrastructure, defence, aerospace or other highly regulated industries will be highly regarded, as will experience with international customers and complex commercial arrangements.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
