Marketing Manager – iGaming (relocation)

Location: CyprusEmployment type: Full-time, office-basedRelocation support: AvailableAn international gaming business is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the growth of its sportsbook and casino products across global markets.The position combines marketing strategy, player acquisition, campaign optimisation and team development. The successful candidate should be commercially focused, analytical and comfortable remaining hands-on when required.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing and market-entry plans.Manage player acquisition across affiliates, paid social, search, programmatic, mobile and other digital channels.Own marketing budgets, forecasts and performance targets.Monitor CPA, FTD, CAC, ROAS, conversion, retention and player lifetime value.Identify and develop relationships with affiliates, agencies and media partners.Adapt campaigns, promotions and creative communication for local audiences.Improve landing pages, registration journeys and acquisition funnels through structured testing.Work closely with CRM, Product, BI, Technology and Customer Support.Build and manage an internal marketing team.Ensure campaigns follow the company’s legal, compliance and responsible-gaming requirements.RequirementsStrong digital or performance marketing experience within online casino and/or sportsbook.Proven experience acquiring players across international markets.Experience with Asian markets, multilingual campaigns or localised gaming products would be an advantage.Good knowledge of affiliate marketing, paid media, attribution and conversion optimisation.Experience managing substantial budgets and making data-led investment decisions.Understanding of the complete player lifecycle, from acquisition and first deposit through retention and reactivation.Previous team-management or team-building experience.Excellent spoken and written English.Willingness to work from the company’s office in Nicosia.
