Designed in Stockholm and produced in Portugal, our collections bring together clean silhouettes and carefully selected materials.We’re looking for a Marketing Intern who enjoys creating content and wants to learn how influencer partnerships and social media help grow a fashion brand. THE ROLEYou’ll work closely with our team, with a focus on influencer marketing, social media and UGC creation. From finding creators who feel right for Residus to filming content and following up on collaborations, you’ll be involved in the daily work behind our marketing.This is a practical, creative role in a small team where your ideas are welcome and you’ll have room to take on more responsibility as you develop. WHAT YOU’LL DO Influencer MarketingDiscover and reach out to influencers and content creators who align with Residus.Help coordinate gifting, product seeding, paid collaborations and affiliate partnerships.Support creator briefs, product selection and send-outs.Follow up on collaborations, keep our gifting records updated and track content and results.Build ongoing relationships with our community of creators. Social Media & UGC CreationCreate and edit content for Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, styling videos and behind-the-scenes material.Produce UGC-style content that shows our pieces in everyday settings, from outfit ideas to fit and fabric details.Help plan, write and publish content in line with our marketing calendar.Coordinate incoming creator content and organise material for our social channels and ads.Keep an eye on relevant formats and trends, and suggest ideas that suit the Residus aesthetic.Support community engagement and assist with content shoots. WHO YOU AREYou have an interest in fashion, digital communication and the people behind the content. You enjoy both the creative side of social media and the organisation needed to make collaborations happen. You’re studying marketing, communication, fashion or a related field, or have relevant practical experience.You enjoy filming and editing short videos, whether through your own channels, studies or previous projects.You have a good eye for styling, imagery and detail.You’re familiar with tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe.You’re organised, curious and comfortable reaching out to new people.You communicate clearly in English; Swedish is a plus. You don’t need a long CV. We’re interested in your ideas, your initiative and what you enjoy creating. THE INTERNSHIPThis is a full-time internship for a minimum of six months, with the possibility of employment afterwards. You’ll gain practical experience within a growing fashion brand, working closely with the team and following projects from first idea to published content.
