Based in the Espoo area, this is a strong opportunity for a Mechanical Package Manager looking to build serious experience within the European data centre market. The RoleOwn the mechanical package from design coordination through installation, testing and commissioning.Lead mechanical subcontractors and site teams across delivery.Manage programme, progress, materials, resources and package costs.Coordinate interfaces between mechanical, electrical, engineering and construction teams.Drive safety, quality and delivery standards across the package.Manage variations, valuations, commercial changes and programme impacts.Lead snagging, handover, QA documentation and commissioning activities.Report progress, risks and key issues to project leadership. What We're Looking ForStrong experience managing mechanical packages on large-scale construction projects.Experience within data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, semiconductor or other mission-critical environments is highly desirable.Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent experience.Strong understanding of mechanical installation, testing and commissioning.Experience managing subcontractors and complex project interfaces.Strong leadership, communication and commercial awareness.
