We lead with science, and we stand side by side with our partners to make sure the best possible results are achieved.The roleWe are looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to be a clinical and scientific point of contact between Go North Medical and epilepsy teams across Scandinavia. This is a second MSL role, joining our existing clinical team — territory coverage across Sweden, Norway and Denmark will be defined together based on your location and team needs.You'll spend the majority of your time out in the field, visiting hospitals and outpatient epilepsy clinics across Sweden, Norway and Denmark, in both paediatric and adult settings. The core of the role is presenting and discussing the scientific evidence behind our neurostimulation therapy and the broader epilepsy-treatment landscape with clinical teams — helping them identify and target the patient populations most likely to benefit — and supporting outpatient clinics in achieving dosing and titration excellence for patients already on therapy.This is a field-based role with substantial regional travel (on average 3 days a week).Key responsibilitiesVisit hospitals and outpatient epilepsy clinics across Sweden, Norway and Denmark on a regular basis, building strong relationships with paediatric and adult EP teams (neurology, neurosurgery, epileptology)Present and discuss the scientific evidence base for our neurostimulation therapy and the surrounding epilepsy-treatment literature with clinicians, to help target the patient populations most likely to benefit from therapySupport outpatient clinics in achieving dosing and titration excellence for patients already on therapy, working alongside treating teams to help optimise stimulation parameters and outcomesAct as the scientific liaison between clinical teams and Go North Medical, relaying clinical insights, evidence needs and feedback from the fieldSupport KOL engagement, scientific exchange and clinical education activities, including hospital in-services and conference presenceProvide clinical and scientific input to the commercial and tender teams where relevantWhat we're looking forWe know the pool of people who already combine an epilepsy-nursing or neuroscience background with neurostimulation therapy experience is small. We're hiring for the right scientific foundation and will train the rest — including hands-on mentoring from one of our most experienced MSLs.There's no fixed minimum years of experience — we're evaluating scientific foundation over tenure.Must have:Strong scientific literacy: able to read, interpret and critically evaluate clinical and scientific studies, and confident discussing that evidence with cliniciansA relevant clinical or life-science background — for example neuroscience, epilepsy or other specialty nursing, pharmacy, clinical research, or medical affairs/MSL experience in another therapy area — with a working understanding of epilepsy as a disease stateWillingness and ability to travel extensively across Sweden, Norway and Denmark (average 3 days/week)Valid driving licenceComfortable working independently and managing your own schedule across a multi-country territoryFluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish)Nice to have — we'll train this on the job:Prior background specifically as an epilepsy nurse or in neuroscienceExperience with neurostimulation or bioelectronic medicine therapiesEstablished clinical-presentation and objection-handling skills (we assess your starting point at interview and build from there)What we offerA hands-on, high-impact role within a lean, entrepreneurial Nordic medtech group, working directly at the intersection of clinical care and medical technology — with real autonomy and direct exposure to the clinical teams and patients our therapy serves.Interview processAs part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to deliver a short clinical presentation and discuss supporting evidence.
