Mandatory Skills:Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance Module)Deep knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes including General Ledger, Financial Dimensions, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Period Close, Consolidation and Financial ReportingExperience in end-to-end D365 ERP transformation programs (minimum 2 full life-cycle implementations)Strong knowledge of Finance business processes, accounting standards, and financial controlsExperience in conducting Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design Workshops, CRP/SIT/UATAbility to prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows and business requirementsStrong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experienceExperience in Data Migration, Cutover, Hypercare, and Production SupportKnowledge of integration touchpoints with P2P, O2C, Projects, Treasury, Tax, and Reporting systemsExperience managing offshore/onshore teams and mentoring consultants Secondary SkillsExperience in Global Template Design and Multi-country RolloutsFamiliarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), DevOps delivery methodology and Agile/ScrumExperience with Localization, Intercompany Accounting, Consolidations and Shared Service Finance Models 15+ Years Overall ExperienceMinimum 10+ years in ERP Finance consultingMinimum 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinanceAt least 2-3 end-to-end D365 transformation implementations as Functional Lead or Solution Lead
