Success in the first months means quickly integrating into delivery teams, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder management, and contributing effectively across both technical and functional implementation activities.Main responsibilitiesSupport complex ERP implementation projects in the energy and utilities sector.Contribute to delivery across functional consulting, technical implementation, and business-facing activities, depending on profile.Work directly with internal stakeholders and end clients in customer-facing project environments.Translate business needs into practical Microsoft Dynamics solutions.Collaborate with delivery teams, business unit stakeholders, and technical specialists in remote settings.Maintain high quality and continuity across long-duration projects with limited turnover.Communicate clearly on progress, risks, dependencies, and solution decisions.Operate with a solution-oriented, consultancy-minded approach in client discussions and delivery work.RequirementsStrong experience with Microsoft Dynamics in ERP implementation environments.Proven experience working on complex implementation projects for large organizations.Experience in the energy and utilities domain is highly important.Ability to work in customer-facing roles with strong professional communication.Consultancy-minded profile with the ability to understand business context and advise stakeholders.Experience collaborating across business and technical teams.Strong remote communication and team collaboration skills.Senior-level candidates are preferred; strong mid-level candidates may also be relevant depending on the role.Ability to stay effective in long-term projects, typically 12 to 24 months.Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think in practical solutions.Nice to haveExperience with both functional and technical Microsoft Dynamics work.Prior experience in product-oriented or implementation-driven organizations.Exposure to large-scale ERP programs with multiple stakeholders and long planning cycles.Experience working with resource planning or delivery-driven project environments.Ability to ramp up quickly in structured delivery teams with minimal onboarding friction.Experience working in distributed or fully remote consulting teams.Why work remotely with Proxify?
