Kuehne+Nagel Sweden AB is seeking an experienced and driven National QSHE Specialist to strengthen our national QSHE performance. In this role, you will support quality management, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal standards and external requirements across our Contract Logistics sites in Sweden.

How you create impact

Ensure compliance with QSHE standards and management systems, including ISO 9001Plan, conduct and follow up on internal audits and support external audits where requiredDrive CAPA activities, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiativesReview and approve SOPs, operational processes and documentation from a QSHE perspectiveConduct risk assessments, site inspections and compliance reviews across SwedenSupport operational teams through guidance, KPI reporting and QSHE best practices

What we would like you to bring

Proven experience working with ISO 9001, quality management systems and internal auditsStrong understanding of compliance, risk management and continuous improvement methodologiesKnowledge of ISO 45001, occupational health & safety and QSHE processes is an advantageExperience with CAPA, document control and QSHE systemsExperience within the Defence industryExperience with in GDP/Healthcare/PharmaValid B driving licence and willingness to travel within SwedenStrong communication skills in Swedish and English, with a proactive and structured approach
