About "Social media Crew" We are a collaborative social media startup based in Finland, aiming to build a massive, high-quality channel across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Our focus is on entertainment, comedy, group dynamics, challenges, and original ideas.We are building a team where everyone plays to their strengths. We have the technical side covered, we are currently looking for passionate On-Camera Talents and Co-Founders to be the energetic face of the channel. The Opportunity: Be the Talent, We Handle the RestYour main responsibility will be acting, hosting, and bringing our concepts to life in both short and long-form videos. We can focus on your on-camera presence. You will have creative freedom to choose the videos and concepts you want to be on . You do not have to worry about the backend work (unless you want to!). Our dedicated crew will fully support you with: Scriptwriting & Idea DevelopmentVideo Filming, Audio & LightingVideo Editing (Shorts, Reels, YouTube videos)Trend Analysis & Channel StrategyMarketing & Business Growth Who We’re Looking ForNatural Performer: You love being on camera, acting, and entertaining an audience. You have an interest in comedy and engaging content.Collaborative Creator: You want to be a co-founder and build something from the ground up, shaping the identity of a new channel alongside a driven team.Consistent Partner: You can consistently commit at least 8 hours per week to the project.Local: You are based in or can easily commute to Helsinki for in-person filming, meetings, and collaboration. Compensation & Profit SharingWe are building this channel from the ground up, so we will split all channel revenue equally among the team as soon as it becomes monetized.
