Radioligand Therapy Order Management & Operations Specialist We are seeking experienced Customer Operations Specialists to support international Radioligand Therapy (RLT) operations. Location: Remote, with occasional on-site support in Switzerland, and ItalyContract: Time & MaterialsTravel cost will be covered The successful candidates will support customer service, order management and logistics activities across international markets. They will also help improve processes, implement systems, prepare markets for product launches and ensure operations meet pharmaceutical quality and compliance requirements. Key responsibilitiesSupport international customer operations for commercial, clinical and medical cases.Coordinate customer orders and logistics activities from request through to delivery.Monitor order transactions and workflows across relevant systems.Work closely with country teams, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, medical, legal and IT.Investigate operational issues, manage escalations and coordinate their resolution.Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions and operational documentation.Create and deliver role-based training and knowledge-transfer materials.Support new-market onboarding, product launches and deployment activities.Assist with platform implementations, system enhancements and distribution-model changes.Improve customer-service processes, operating models and escalation frameworks.Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve service, quality and efficiency.Support operations during critical supply periods, product launches and business-continuity events.Ensure all required documentation, approvals and compliance activities are completed.
