Operations & Business Development Intern

About the Role We are an early-stage passenger mobility startup based at Helsinki Incubators, developing a trusted transportation service across Finland. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Fleet Growth & Operations Intern to expand our partner network across Finnish regions, close fleet agreements, and manage live service coordination. Responsibilities Identify, contact, and close partnerships with local operators and drivers across Finland.Travel domestically to represent the company, attend partner meetings, and build regional networks.Coordinate incoming booking requests, service schedules, and direct driver communications.Maintain flexible availability to handle time-sensitive operational updates outside standard hours.Support workflow automation and help streamline dispatch and partner onboarding processes. Qualifications Strong commercial mindset with knowledge of or interest in the taxi, fleet, or mobility sector.Willingness to travel across Finland and high flexibility to handle off-peak operational needs.Fluent in Finnish (essential for regional outreach and driver relations) and professional English.Highly organised, structured, and interested in process improvement and tech automation.Empathetic communication style with a strong commitment to high-quality partner support.
