About the Role: We are looking for a qualified and patient-oriented Optometrist to join our team at a modern and innovative eye clinic. In this role, you will be actively involved in delivering high-quality eye care services, including supporting patients undergoing Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE) and Laser Vision Correction (LVC) procedures.

Perform comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and eye healthEvaluate patient suitability for RLE and LVC procedures and assist in pre-operative consultationsSupport ophthalmologists in the preparation and follow-up care for surgical patientsMonitor post-operative recovery and ensure optimal visual outcomesEducate patients about eye health, refractive surgery options, and aftercare proceduresMaintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical protocolsCollaborate closely with the surgical and medical team to ensure seamless patient care

Degree in Optometry or equivalent qualificationValid license to practice as an optometristStrong diagnostic and communication skillsExperience or interest in refractive surgery is considered a strong advantageAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamClinical experience is preferred but not essential
