Your responsibilities

Develop and implement plans to identify and secure land for solar and wind energy and BESS projects within the assigned regionConduct site visits and assessments to ensure suitability based on technical, environmental, and legal criteriaBuild and maintain strong relationships with landowners, negotiate agreements, and secure mutually beneficial termsCollaborate with local authorities to meet land-use regulations, zoning laws, and permitting requirementsWork with internal teams (legal, technical, project development) to streamline land acquisition and project executionAssess and address potential risks such as legal disputes or environmental constraints with proactive strategiesMonitor regional trends and policy changes to identify opportunities and refine acquisition strategiesKeep accurate records of transactions and agreements and provide regular updates to management

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or project development, ideally within the renewable energy sectorProven track record of successful land transactions and stakeholder managementGrowth mindset with openness to new technologies and a willingness to continuously develop relevant skills and capabilitiesStrong understanding of land-use regulations, permitting processes, and zoning laws in PolandFamiliarity with renewable energy project development, particularly in solar and wind sectors, is highly desirableExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailProficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., GIS, project management software)Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in English is required
