About This Opportunity

We're building a paid, confidential panel of developers who regularly run workstation-sized AI models locally in real coding work.

Relevant profiles include software engineers, freelance developers, researchers and data scientists, founders and technical product managers, and open-source tooling builders. Panel members take part in surveys, interviews and hands-on testing of new models on a flexible, ongoing basis.

Key Requirements

Runs workstation-sized AI models locally on personal hardware as part of regular coding work.Can describe at least two recent local workflows in detail, including the models, tooling and agent setup used.Can compare the strengths and weaknesses of at least two local models, including when to switch to a hosted frontier model.Is comfortable signing a restrictive NDA and discussing experience without breaching employer or client confidentiality.
