Payroll Coordinator
Our client is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to support its EMEA Payroll team. The role covers coordinating and overseeing payroll delivery across several EMEA countries, working closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders such as HR and Finance.
This is a payroll coordination and delivery role within an outsourced payroll model. External providers perform the calculations and processing, while the Payroll team keeps ownership of overall delivery. The consultant therefore needs a strong understanding of payroll processes, plus the ability to coordinate providers, manage stakeholders, follow up on issues, and make sure payroll is delivered accurately and on time.
The environment is fast-moving and international, with short decision-making cycles and evolving priorities. Processes are not always fully documented or harmonized, so the ability to create structure and adapt quickly is important.
