People Generalist (Temporary Position)

WHAT YOU´LL DO

If you are passionate about contributing to our great People organisation, this role might be for you. We are looking for a motivated and detailed-oriented People Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop across the full breadth of HR.

You will provide comprehensive support in implementing people processes, initiatives, and solutions, supporting the overall people agenda. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and Business line HR, gaining valuable insights into a business-driven people agenda.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a People Generalist your main objective is to, in close collaboration with People Business Partners, ensure strong and efficient HR delivery towards the Tech organisation in Sweden. You will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters and drive initiatives that support high-performing, inclusive and collaborative teams.

This is an opportunity where you will get the chance to deliver hands-on execution, making sure our people processes run smoothly while contributing to the overall success of the Tech organisation.

In this role your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Coach and guide the organisation and managers in all HR related topics Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including managing employee relations, risk assessment and union negotiations Implement HR initiatives across the organisation Contribute significantly to the overall delivery of the People Generalist team, we work closely together and take a joint responsibility to ensure high-class delivery to the organisation. We are looking for people with…

3-5 years’ experience in a broad HR role A relevant academic background in Human Resource Management or similar Experience of managing HR deliveries to organisations and managers Strong understanding of Swedish labour law, work environment regulation as well as solid experience from union negotiations A holistic and pragmatic approach to problem-solving ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a temporary position, starting asap and initially running until 31 May 2027, with the possibility of extension, based in Marievik, Stockholm. In this position you report to the People Manager of the People Generalist team.
