Work with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementation of solutionsProvide architectural advisory across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team membersOffer architectural knowledge across multiple workflows (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB)Develop relationships with CoE and business leaders at the customer site to understand ServiceNow's role in digital transformationTranslate business goals and outcomes into a customer roadmapTranslate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex goalsEngage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standardManage technical governance and delivery operating modelEnsure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to ServiceNow leading practicesSupport the sales effort by scoping and estimating the engagement and change ordersBe an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or equivalentDemonstrated management consulting experienceCreativity with comfort running programs independently within a startup-paced environmentSuccess driving complex issues through analysis and resolutionIndustry domain expertise, enterprise architecture experienceLarge program experience leading architecture and design, cloud application technology experienceExperience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
