Portfolio Analyst

Revelop is looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join its Fund & Portfolio Management team. This is a unique opportunity to combine advanced financial analysis with real impact on Revelop's funds and real estate portfolios. You will join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can develop alongside experienced professionals.

As Portfolio Analyst, you will support Portfolio Managers and Asset Managers by providing fund and asset-level analysis, including business plan reviews and lease approval memoranda. The role combines analytical depth with cross-functional collaboration and offers exposure to investment analysis, business planning, performance monitoring, reporting and fundraising processes.

You will play an important role in ensuring high-quality financial modelling, well-structured analysis and reliable decision-making support across Revelop's funds and real estate portfolios.

Key responsibilites

Support Portfolio Managers in managing Revelop´s real estate funds through fund-level analysis, performance monitoring, and business plan updatesSupport the Fund & Portfolio Management team with asset-level business plan analysis and follow-upConduct cash flow and investment analysis at both asset and portfolio levelPerform financial and strategic analyses as requiredMaintain and update fund track record data in connection with fundraising activitiesSupport due diligence processes related to fundraising and investor onboardingPrepare reporting materials and documentation for internal decision-makingSupport investment analysis for development projects and major lettingsMonitor and analyse fund- and investment-level returns through financial modelling

A relevant university degree, for example in Real Estate & Finance, Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management0–3 years of experience in real estate transactions, investment analysis, financial controlling or similar analytical roles (relevant internships is also valued)A good understanding of cash flow modelling and investment analysisA solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and how they contribute to value creation within Revelop's business modelAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skillsStrong analytical capability and excellent attention to detailThe ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersProfessional fluency in both English and Swedish
