The tool should be in Power BI and able to:Retrieve the external public data used in the ranking process of municipalities from the Statistics Sweden (SCB) website and combine it with non-public data procured.Transform and prepare the data in accordance with established ranking methodology.Calculate and generate the municipal ranking based on the approved methodology.Produce the documentation and decision-support material required.The solution must comply with applicable regulatory and governance requirements, including BCBS 239 principles and other standards related to data lineage, traceability, auditability, availability, and controls.
