Process Development & Operating Model Intern – HQ Stockholm, Sweden

This is an internship for an active student of related Bachelor or Master programs at Swedish and European universities.

Start date 1 February 2027 – duration 6 months – full time

About the role

The Connectivity organization drives the development and delivery of connected experiences across Electrolux Group's products and digital services. To support its continued growth and transformation, the team is focused on establishing scalable ways of working, clear governance, and effective end-to-end processes. As part of this journey, our Connectivity team is looking for a curious and analytical intern to support the design and implementation of a new operating model for the Connectivity organization. You will work closely with the Process Development Leader, contributing to the definition, documentation, and rollout of key processes that will shape how the organization operates end-to-end. This role resembles a junior internal consultant supporting a major transformation initiative, offering hands-on experience at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.

What you’ll do

Process mapping & documentation

Support the documentation of end-to-end processes across the Connectivity organization (e.g., from scoping to operate phases, aligned with the new operating model)Translate discussions and inputs into clear, structured process descriptions, flowcharts, and visuals (PowerPoint)Ensure consistency and clarity in process documentation (roles, inputs/outputs, handovers)

Stakeholder interviews & data collection

Conduct interviews and workshops with key stakeholders across teamsCapture insights on current ways of working, challenges and improvement opportunitiesSynthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations

Analysis & insights

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify inefficiencies, gaps and overlapsSupport the development of proposals to improve processes and ways of workingContribute to building fact-based input into operating model design decisions

Operating model development support

Work closely with the Process Development Leader to refine process frameworks, roles and governance structuresHelp structure content and materials for leadership discussions and decision-making

Implementation support

Support the rollout of the new operating model into teamsHelp prepare communication material, guidance and training contentTrack progress, collect feedback, and support continuous improvement

Who You Are

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, International Business, Economics, Strategy, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.Remain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date December 2027 or later.You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy structuring complex topics into clear processes, presentations, and recommendations.You are proficient in PowerPoint and comfortable using Excel or similar tools for basic data analysis.You are curious, proactive, and interested in process improvement, organizational design, consulting, or business operations.You communicate effectively with different stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Where you’ll be

You will be based in Stockholm, our modern global headquarters, with 1200+ colleagues on site. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence. The work contract is full-time and limited to 6 months, with monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
