What You’ll Deliver

Lead tablet pressing technology selection, including capacity calculations, compression process modelling, and preliminary sizing of tablet presses and associated equipmentEnsure User Requirement Specifications (URS) for tablet compression and coating equipment are developed with high technical accuracy, aligned to GMP calibration and qualification requirementsLead process risk assessments for tablet pressing operations, ensuring robust control of critical process parameters (e.g. compression force, dwell time) to meet product quality standardsSupport procurement and supplier management for tablet press and coating equipment, including vendor selection, technical bid evaluations, and supplier qualification.

Strong understanding and/or hands-on experience with tablet pressing and coating processesSolid technical knowledge of core OSD unit operationsA natural communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilitiesProven experience in the specification, procurement, installation, start-up, and commissioning of GMP equipment.
