Product Engineer

Senior Full Stack Engineer – Founding / Product Stockholm · Hybrid · 1 day per week in the office We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of the technical development of a growing product and work directly with the founders across engineering, product and technology. This is a high-autonomy, hands-on engineering role for someone who wants genuine ownership over what gets built and how it gets built. You’ll be the sole technical owner, working closely with the founders to shape the product roadmap, make architectural decisions and take ideas from concept through to production. You’ll own the product end to end, including:Building and shipping full-stack product featuresWorking directly with the founders to shape and prioritise the roadmapMaking architecture and technical decisions independentlyDeveloping across frontend, backend and infrastructureTurning product ideas into well-engineered, scalable solutionsIterating quickly based on user feedbackUsing modern AI development tools and workflows to build faster and betterTaking ownership from initial idea through to production What we're looking for5+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong TypeScript, Node.js and React experienceStrong full-stack development experienceExcellent software engineering fundamentalsA track record of building and shipping products end to endProduct-minded and interested in understanding the problem behind the technologyComfortable making technical decisions and working with significant autonomySomeone who still enjoys writing code and building products hands-on Particularly interestingFounding Engineer, Early Engineer or Technical Lead experienceExperience working in an early-stage startupProduction AI / ML / LLM / agentic AI experienceExperience building AI-powered productsStrong GitHub, side projects or evidence of things you've built independentlyPostgres / SQL and cloud infrastructure experienceReact Native experienceExperience taking a product from 0 → 1 Why this role? You’ll work directly with the founders, own the technical side of the product and have a meaningful influence on both what gets built and how it gets built. This could suit someone who is currently a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, Founding Engineer, Early Engineer or Technical Lead and wants significantly more ownership. If you enjoy building from scratch, moving quickly, solving problems independently and having a real say in the product, this is an opportunity to take genuine technical ownership from day one.
